Litter. No direct seller shall allow rubbish or litter to accumulate in or around the area in which he is conducting business, whether generated by the direct seller's business or the public at large. At least one clean, plastic-lined trash container clearly marked for litter shall be kept and maintained in the area by the direct seller.
