Live-in Housekeeper/Carer. Grade 2 is an employee employed to perform housekeeping duties as defined in Grade 1 and the personal care duties of a Grade 2 as described in sub-clause 2.1 above.
Live-in Housekeeper/Carer. Grade 2: The total weekly remuneration for a Live - in Housekeeper/ Carer - Grade 2 shall be calculated as follows: Total Weekly Rate = Weekly Rate for a Employee Grade 2 + All Incidents Loading The All Incidents loading for a Live - in Housekeeper/Carer - Grade 2 is calculated by obtaining 40% of the relevant weekly rate. The All Incidents Loading of 40% takes into account all incidents of employment inherent in the work and conditions of employment of Live - in Housekeepers, including but not limited to, the requirement to reside at the client’s premises. The employee will normally perform duties at times of the day, which are mutually agreed between the employer and employee.
