LOAN OF SERVICE. Loans of service of Division employees may be granted by the Board of Trustees for a period not to exceed three (3)years to be approved on an annual basis. Loans of service will only be granted for employment with public organizations, government departments, or service as an executive member on the local employee group. For the purpose of calculating pension, seniority and other benefits for the employee for whom the loan of service has been granted, employment shall be deemed as continuous. An employee who wishes to resume employment on the expiration of the loan of service granted in accordance with this section is guaranteed a position upon return in the same or comparable classificationwith not less than the same wages and benefits. Loans of service may be granted for employment with an employee group with which the Division has a collective agreement.

  • Termination of Service Termination of Service shall mean the Executive's voluntary resignation of service by the Executive or the Bank's discharge of the Executive without cause, prior to the Early Retirement Date (Subparagraph I [K]).

  • Bridging of Service If a regular employee terminates as a result of a decision to care for a dependent parent, spouse or child, and is re-employed, upon application they shall be credited with length of service accumulated at time of termination for the purposes of benefits based on service seniority. The following conditions shall apply:

  • Calculation of Service 25.7 For purposes of calculating continuous service and active service, a year shall be deemed to consist of two hundred and sixty-one (261) working days.

Time paid for but not worked (excluding standby pay) shall be regarded as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits. Time worked which is paid on an overtime basis shall count as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits not to exceed 2080 hours within any twelve (12) month period.

  • Provision of Service NYISO will provide Developer with interconnection service of the following type for the term of this Agreement.

  • Suspension of Service We may suspend Service at any time, without liability and immediately by reasonable notice to you (except in the case of an emergency or your death), if:

  • Theft of Service You shall notify us immediately, in writing or by calling our customer support line, if the Device is stolen or if you become aware at any time that your Service is being stolen, fraudulently used or otherwise being used in an unauthorized manner. When you call or write, you must provide your account number and a detailed description of the circumstances of the Device theft, fraudulent use or unauthorized use of Service. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in the termination of your Service and additional charges to you. Until such time as we receive notice of the theft, fraudulent use or unauthorized use, you will be liable for all use of the Service using a Device stolen from you and any and all stolen, fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Service.

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section L shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section L requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.

  • Suspension of Service and Acceleration If any amount owing by You under this or any other agreement for Our services is 30 or more days overdue (or 10 or more days overdue in the case of amounts You have authorized Us to charge to Your credit card), We may, without limiting Our other rights and remedies, accelerate Your unpaid fee obligations under such agreements so that all such obligations become immediately due and payable, and suspend Our services to You until such amounts are paid in full.
