Position Upon Return. A teacher returning from an approved leave of absence shall be assigned to a position for which the teacher is legally qualified.
Position Upon Return. Upon return from leave, the employee shall be assigned to the same or an equivalent position, in terms of pay and other terms and conditions of employment.

The primary consideration shall be that continuity of instruction for the students be maintained to the maximum possible degree.
