Local District 25. (i) The Employer agrees that the President and Bargaining Unit Officer shall be released from full-time or half-time duties in order to undertake his/her elected responsibilities. A request for leave of an employee on a half-time basis shall be subject to staffing requirements and the ability of the Employer to accommodate half-time positions.
