Common use of Local Negotiating Committee Clause in Contracts

Local Negotiating Committee. The Hospital agrees to recognize a Local Negotiating Committee which shall have two (2) members. This committee shall be comprised of the unit chairperson and one (1) additional committee member to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period.

There will not be any more than one (1) employee from any one department on the Negotiating Committee.
