Common use of Local Negotiating Committee Clause in Contracts

Local Negotiating Committee. (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprising of two members to be elected, or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit, who have completed her or his probationary period.
