Local or Centre Grievance. The Local or the Centre may lodge a grievance in writing with the other party and such grievance shall commence at Step 2 with filing of the grievance with the Managing Director or Local President and the remaining clauses of the grievance procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis to such grievance.
