Local Share. The Recipient agrees that:
a. Amount of the Local Share. Local share requirements established by 49 U.S.C. chapter 53 vary depending on the following provisions accompanying the source of funding:
(1) Statutory and regulatory requirements of the Federal program for which funding for the Project will be derived,
(2) Applicable Federal guidance providing interpretations of Federal laws and regulations, including Federal restrictions (if any) that apply due to the specific fiscal year of the Federal funding, and
(3) Special for the Tribal Transit Program:
(a) The Tribal Transit Formula Program under MAP-21 does not require a local share,
(b) Except as FTA determines otherwise in writing, the Tribal Transit Discretionary Program under MAP-21 requires a minimum ten (10) percent local share, and
(c) The Tribal Transit Program, Discretionary Only, in effect in FY 2012 or a previous fiscal year does not require a local share,
Local Share. Funds from sources other than appropria- tions granted under ss. 20.370 (6) (aa) and (aq) and 20.866 (2) (te), Stats., including federal programs, may be used to provide the local share of project costs, as set forth in s. 281.65 (8) (i) and (j), Stats.
(a) In−kind contributions of labor and material used directly in the installations of best management practices may be consid- ered part of the local matching share of best management practice costs, if properly described and substantiated to the cost−share agreement grantor.
(b) The value of a conservation easement donated to the department, or to any person approved by the department under s. 281.65 (8) (m), Stats., may be considered as a portion of or all of the landowner’s or operator’s share of a cost−sharing grant.
Local Share. The Local Share shall be an amount equal to the total costs of the Project Budget less the Grant Amount.

Local Share. Amount of the Local Share. Local share requirements established by 49 U.S.C. chapter 53 vary depending on the following provisions accompanying the source of funding:
Local Share. A Recipient that is required to provide a local share for the Project agrees to provide sufficient funds or approved in-kind resources, together with the Federal funds awarded, that will assure payment of the actual cost of each Project activity covered by the underlying Agreement. The Recipient also agrees that:
