Common use of Local, State and National Services Clause in Contracts

Local, State and National Services. The Board agrees to deduct from employees’ salaries money for local, state and/or national association services and programs as said employees individually and voluntarily authorize the Board to deduct and to transmit the monies promptly to such association or associations. Any employee may have such deductions discontinued at any time upon sixty (60) days written notice to the Board and the appropriate association.
