Attendance Award. Employees accruing sick leave for a full calendar year and not in initial probationary status during that year shall be eligible for an attendance award that allows for the conversion of sick hours to annual leave or a cash payout. Awards are given once a year to employees who have perfect attendance or use minimal amounts of sick leave according to the following schedule: Sick Leave used in One Calendar Year Award 0 hours 16 hours converted 8 hours or less 8 hours converted BEREAVEMENT LEAVE/FUNERAL LEAVE
Attendance Award. 71.1 Employees who have taken no sick leave for the entire school year shall receive a payment of five hundred dollars ($500.00). Perfect attendance is defined as not using sick leave for any reason.
Attendance Award. 37.01 The Company will maintain a perfect attendance award program as per Company Policy #7. ARTICLE38
Attendance Award. All employees shall be eligible for the attendance award in accordance with the provisions of General Order 6 – 10. The payroll year for conversion purposes shall be defined as any day of the pay period which is paid on or after January 1st and continuing through the last day of the pay period paid on or before December 31st of each year. Employees appointed during the payroll year will be allowed a pro-rated amount based upon their hire dates if their employment extends through December.
Attendance Award. Any teacher using not more than 0-2 sick days in a single year shall receive an attendance award of $150. If the teacher also has the maximum of 85 sick days accumulated at the end of the school year, the teacher shall receive an additional $150. In addition, any teacher who at the end of the school year has a minimum of 95 days will receive a payment of $300.
Attendance Award. Full-time, permanent employees hired prior to June 1 of 6 the calendar year, whose sick leave, FMLA Sick Leave, and/or leave without pay hours for that 7 calendar year do not exceed sixteen (16) hours for those employees working an eight (8) hour 8 shift, or forty-eight (48) hours for employees working a fifty-six (56) hour shift, shall be credited 9 with a one-half (½) shift of Attendance Award for outstanding attendance. In the event an 10 employee does not utilize any sick leave, FMLA Sick Leave, or leave without pay, (s)he shall be 11 credited with Attendance Award equal to one (1) of the employee's regular shifts. Attendance 12 Award shall be taken at a time mutually convenient to the employee and the department, shall 13 require prior supervisory approval, and shall be used within three-hundred sixty-five (365) days 14 from the Annual Awards Ceremony date.

Attendance Award. 38.01 Annual attendance payments shall be earned per the following and paid within forty-five (45) days of the last day of school: Days Missed Award Less than 1 day $400.00 1 day but less than 2 days $300.00 2 days but less than 3 days $200.00 3 days but less than 4 days $100.00 Days missed for this article shall mean sick and/or personal days.
Attendance Award. 38.01 Attendance payments shall be earned twice a year per the following, and paid each semester: Days Missed Award Less than 1 day $400.00 1 day but less than 2 days $300.00 Employees who work less than five (5) hours per day will be eligible for one half (.5) of the attendance award.
Attendance Award. A. To be eligible, a staff member must have worked 15 consecutive years as a District employee beginning at the effective date of employment contained in the Board Resolution approving the appointment. If no effective date is contained in the Board Resolution, the date of the Board Resolution shall be used.
