Log On. (i) If the first job of the day is within the radius for the individual technician, the technician is required to be on site, at or before, their start time. (ii) If the first job of the day is outside of the radius for the individual technician, the technician is required to be crossing the radius, at or before, their start time.
Log On. To access your Eligible Accounts you will be required to visit our website at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx to answer questions to verify your identity. In many cases, the application will be processed immediately and access will be given. In some cases, we will send a letter in the mail with your initial Log in Information within 3-5 days. Upon receiving this letter, you will need to click the log-on button from the Online Banking website to access your Eligible Accounts. Once the Access ID and Password are entered correctly, you will be prompted to change your Access ID and Password. The new Access ID must be at least six (6) characters (numbers and/or letters). Letters are case sensitive. Your new Password must contain at least eight (8) and no more than sixteen (16) characters and must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number.

  • Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an Employee covered by this clause shall receive a loading of 22.5% calculated on the all-purpose rate of wage prescribed by Appendix A, clause 2.3 of this Agreement.

  • Twelve Month Employees A member of the unit who is employed on a twelve (12) month 19 basis shall be allowed paid vacation leave, exclusive of holidays, as follows: (a) An employee with less than five (5) years of continuous service shall accrue one day 21 per month (Twelve (12) days per year).

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Carrying on Business The Company and each of the Subsidiaries is, in all material respects, conducting its business in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations (including all applicable federal, provincial, state, territorial, municipal, and local environmental anti-pollution and licensing laws, regulations and other lawful requirements of any governmental or regulatory body, including but not limited to relevant exploration, concessions and permits) of each jurisdiction in which its business is carried on and is licensed, registered or qualified in all jurisdictions in which it owns, leases or operates its properties or assets or carries on business to enable its business to be carried on as now conducted and as proposed to be conducted and its properties and assets to be owned, leased and operated and all such licences, registrations and qualifications are valid, subsisting and in good standing and it has not received a notice of non-compliance, nor knows of, nor has reasonable grounds to know of, any facts that could give rise to a notice of non-compliance with any such laws, regulations, requirements, licences, registrations or qualifications.

  • Working on a Holiday An employee who is required to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of straight time plus time and one-half (1 1/2).

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest ‌ (a) When a paid holiday falls on a regular full-time employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu of the holiday. (b) If a regular full-time employee is called in to work on the day designated as the lieu day pursuant to (a) above, he/she shall be compensated at time and one-half for all hours worked.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Tax Periods Ending on or Before the Closing Date Buyer shall prepare or cause to be prepared and file or cause to be filed all Tax Returns for the Company and the Company Subsidiary for all periods ending on or prior to the Closing Date which are required to be filed (taking into account all extensions properly obtained) after the Closing Date.

  • Month Employees TWELVE (12) MONTH EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE COMPLETED ONE (1) YEAR OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE AND WHO HAVE ACCUMULATED TWENTY-FOUR (24) DAYS OF SICK LEAVE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN THE USLB. Employees meeting the eligibility requirements will be assessed a contribution when enrolled. The initial assessment and subsequent employee contributions will be based upon the needs of the USLB as determined by its governing committee.

  • Time Off Between Shifts Failure to provide the minimum number of hours between the commencement of an employee's scheduled shift and the commencement of such employee's next scheduled shift shall result in payment of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular straight time hourly rate for only those hours which reduce the minimum hour period. Where the minimum period is reduced as a result of an approved change of shift(s) requested by the employee(s), such premium payment shall not apply. The minimum number of hours for purposes of this Article shall be determined locally and will be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.
