  • Pact Duration This Pact begins when both parties have legally signed it. It expires for the Contractor/Supplier 12 months after the last payment under the respective contract, and for all other Bidders 6 months after the contract has been awarded.   • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels.   • Baseline For purposes of measuring a reduction in net tax revenue, the interim final rule measures actual changes in tax revenue relative to a revenue baseline (baseline).   • Screen Care The Chromebook screen can be damaged if subjected to heavy objects, rough treatment, some cleaning solvents, and other liquids. The screens are particularly sensitive to damage from excessive pressure. ● Do not put pressure on the top of a Chromebook when it is closed. ● Do not store a Chromebook with the screen open. ● Do not place anything in the protective case that will press against the cover. ● Make sure there is nothing on the keyboard before closing the lid (e.g. pens, pencils, or disks). ● Only clean the screen with a soft, dry microfiber cloth or anti-static cloth.

  • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.
