Long Distance Public Transportation Sample Clauses

Long Distance Public Transportation. Use of public transportation (buses, trains, and planes) for travel from one city to another to conduct PEF business, except as otherwise provided in this article, must have a business-related rationale and/or an economic advantage to PEF. In all cases, a request to use public transportation must be approved at the discretion of the Secretary- Treasurer or his/her designee or the President, or his/her designee. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
