Long Form Evaluation. A. Provisional certificated support personnel shall be evaluated using the long-form evaluation process. After four (4) years of satisfactory performance, certificated support personnel may be evaluated using the short-form evaluation process. Nonprovisional certificated support personnel will be required to complete the long-form evaluation process once every four (4) years. B. Certificated support personnel shall be observed at least twice in the performance of their assigned duties. Total observation time shall not be less than sixty (60) minutes. Following each observation or series of observations, the principal or other evaluator shall promptly document the results of the evaluation in writing and shall provide the employee with a copy thereof within three (3) days after such report is prepared. New employees shall be observed at least once for a total observation time of thirty (30) minutes during the first ninety (90) calendar days of their employment period. An employee in their third year of provisional status must be observed at least three (3) times in the performance of their duties and the total observation time for the school year must not be less than ninety (90) minutes.
