Experience Advancement. Each certificated employee will be entitled to advance one step for each year of teaching experience while under contract with the District only to the maximum permissible by the salary schedule. Credit for part- time experience or for experience of less than one full school year will be calculated per instructions in the OSPI S-275 Personnel Reporting Instructions.
Experience Advancement. To receive an experience advancement on the salary schedule, a Teacher must have completed at least 120 teaching days in a contract year. Increments will be granted each August as shown on the Licensed Salary Schedule. After reaching maximum, longevity increases will be granted as shown on the salary schedule.
