Common use of Long Service Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Long Service Leave Entitlement. Subject to the conditions of this clause all employees will become entitled to 13 weeks long service leave. (a) after a period of ten (10) years continuous service. (b) after each further period of seven (7) years continuous service.
