For purposes of this section, “debilitating congenital conditions” (i) include any proven genetic condition that fatally affects the puppy/dog and (ii) expressly do not include those that may be caused by genetics and/or trauma including but not limited to Xxxx-Xxxxx-Perthes Disease, Tracheal Collapse, Liver Shunt, Myasthenia Gravis, Pateller Luxation, Intervertebral Disc Disease. In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Buyer must immediately inform Breeder and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Breeder’s choice for examination.

For purposes of this section, “debilitating congenital conditions” (i) include _Exercise-Induced Collapse, Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRCD), Autosomal Recessive Hereditary Nephropathy, Familial Nephropathy (ARHN), Glycogen storage disease Type VII, Phosphofructokinase Deficiency, PFK Deficiency, Acral Mutilation Syndrome_ and (ii) expressly do not include anything not listed above, anything not tested for at the time of the Sire & Dams genetic testing, and the following: _Intervertebral Disc Disease (Any Type), Cherry Eye, Cryptorchidism, Hip Dysplasia_. In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Xxxxx must immediately inform Xxxxxxx and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Xxxxxxx’s choice for examination. Transportation will be at the Buyer’s expense.

For purposes of this section, “debilitating congenital conditions” (i) include Hip & Elbow Dysplasia. In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Buyer must immediately inform Breeder and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Breeder’s choice for examination.
i. The pup’s hips / elbows are warrantied to pass with non- dysplastic ratings from OFA/SV at 2 years of age. This warranty expires when the pup is 26 months old. This means the owner has a 2-month window to have the pup x-rayed and certified by the OFA/SV.
ii. Non-dysplastic passing scores for OFA and SV are as follows: Excellent Normal Good Normal Fair Normal Borderline Fast Normal Noch Zugelassen

For purposes of this section, “debilitating congenital conditions” (i) include Prekallikrein Deficiency, Intervertebral Disc Disease, and Hypothyroidism with Goiter (ii) and expressly do not include those which occur from living conditions. Xxxxx must immediately inform Xxxxxxx and supply any requested veterinary records to Xxxxxxx. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Xxxxxxx’s choice for examination.

1. Exclusion: Health issues that are the result of vaccinations including: sarcomas, tumors, auto-immune disorders, thyroid disease, allergies & seizures, and occur following an administered vaccine will not be covered under the genetic portion of this warranty. If itching issues develop after an administered vaccine, Seller will not be held liable and the issue is not covered under the genetic portion of this contract. Buyer agrees to not allow the vet to administer any vaccine if the dog’s system is under duress from other physical health issues including but not limited to: parasites in the intestinal system injury or illness. Buyer also agrees to have both the rabies and Lepto vaccines administered separately from all other vaccines, including each other, and to allow at least two weeks between these and all other vaccines.

In the event that the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, the Buyer must immediately inform the Breeder and supply all requested veterinary records to the Breeder. The Breeder reserves the right to a second opinion by a veterinarian of the Breeder's choice and may request and pay for genetic testing.
Long-Term Health Warranty. Breeder provides a 1-year warranty from the puppy/dog’s date of birth against any life-threatening congenital conditions. Should the puppy be discovered to have a life-threatening congenital problem within one year of birth, the dog may be returned, pending documented and conclusive diagnosis from two separate doctors containing the congenital defect and a description of the puppy in issue. The diagnosis’ will be obtained at the buyers expense. This warrantee expressly does not include disqualifying flaws, infections, viruses, disorders that arise as a result of Buyer’s negligence, common diseases (such as hookworms, demodex, hernia, patella, small nares, elongated soft palate, hemivertebrae or cherry eye). Severe hip dysplasia must be confirmed and assessed using an x-ray. Mild dysplasia is not covered as it is difficult to determine if the cause is congenital or environmental. In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected life-threatening congenital condition, Xxxxx must immediately inform Xxxxxxx and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Xxxxxxx’s choice for examination.
