Long-Term Health Warranty. Breeder provides a 2-year warranty from the puppy/dog’s date of birth against any debilitating congenital conditions. For purposes of this section, “debilitating congenital conditions” (i) include _Exercise-Induced Collapse, Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRCD), Autosomal Recessive Hereditary Nephropathy, Familial Nephropathy (ARHN), Glycogen storage disease Type VII, Phosphofructokinase Deficiency, PFK Deficiency, Acral Mutilation Syndrome_ and (ii) expressly do not include anything not listed above, anything not tested for at the time of the Sire & Dams genetic testing, and the following: _Intervertebral Disc Disease (Any Type), Cherry Eye, Cryptorchidism, Hip Dysplasia_. In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Xxxxx must immediately inform Xxxxxxx and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Xxxxxxx’s choice for examination. Transportation will be at the Buyer’s expense.

In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Buyer must immediately inform Breeder and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Breeder’s choice for examination.
Long-Term Health Warranty. Breeder provides a 26-month warranty from the puppy/dog’s date of birth against any debilitating congenital conditions. For purposes of this section, “debilitating congenital conditions” (i) include Hip & Elbow Dysplasia. In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Buyer must immediately inform Breeder and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Breeder’s choice for examination.
Long-Term Health Warranty. Breeder provides a 1-year warranty from the kitten/cat’s date of birth against any debilitating congenital conditions. This guarantee is extended to 5 years if ordering pawTree dog food purchased at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. In the event the kitten/cat exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Xxxxx must immediately inform Xxxxxxx and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the kitten/cat to a licensed veterinarian of Xxxxxxx’s choice for examination.

For purposes of this section, “debilitating congenital conditions” (i) include Degenerative Myelopathy (DM), Golden Retriever Progressive Retinal Atrophy 1 (GR-PRA1), Golden Retriever Progressive Retinal Atrophy 2 (GR-PRA2), Muscular Dystrophy, Progressive Retinal Atrophy (prcd), Congenital Myasthenic Syndrome (CMS), Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa, Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis 5 (NCL 5), Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle Bone Disease), Ichthyosis (ICH1 and 2) and (ii) expressly do not include those multifactorial diseases caused by multiple genes combined with the effects of environmental factors, i.e. hip or elbow dysplasia (for reference only, Good Dog's health testing levels by breed are available here: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/guide-to-good-dogs-health-testing-levels). In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Xxxxx must immediately inform Xxxxxxx and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Xxxxxxx’s choice for examination.

In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Buyer must immediately inform Breeder and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Breeder’s choice for examination.

Long-Term Health Warranty. Breeder provides a 1 (one) year warranty from the puppy/dog’s date of birth against any debilitating congenital conditions. For purposes of this section, “debilitating congenital conditions” (i) include major organ failure or proven congenital disease not common to brachycephalic breeds which were caused by a genetic or congenital disease, including severe congenital bone disease (such as hips and knees and must be diagnosed with x-rays by an orthopedic Veterinarian) and (ii) expressly do not include luxating patella below grade 3, innocent heart murmurs below grade 4, and being a carrier for the short-legged trait chondrodystrophy (CDDY). Replacement guarantee will be terminated if the puppy/dog was found to be abused, neglected, has been given the leptospirosis vaccine before age one (1), or does not have up to date records of vaccinations, heartworm preventative and fecal records. The Breeder will extend the guarantee two (2) extra years for a total of three years if the Buyer will feed this puppy/dog Nuvet Plus vitamins daily. Proof of purchase is required.

For purposes of this section, “debilitating congenital conditions” include canine multifocal retinopathy, degenerative myelopathy mutation, hyperuricosuria, hereditary cataracts mutation, severe hip dysplasia as well as kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe, life threatening, or altering nature and expressly do not include cherry eye, skin allergies, entropion, "loose hips", elongated soft pallet, stenotic nares (pinched nostrils), and uneven bites. This guarantee does not include matters of size, weight, structure, coat quality, or temperament. In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital condition, Buyer must immediately inform Breeder and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Breeder’s choice for examination.
Long-Term Health Warranty. Breeder provides a 1-year warranty from the puppy/dog’s date of birth against any life-threatening congenital conditions. Should the puppy be discovered to have a life-threatening congenital problem within one year of birth, the dog may be returned, pending documented and conclusive diagnosis from two separate doctors containing the congenital defect and a description of the puppy in issue. The diagnosis’ will be obtained at the buyers expense. This warrantee expressly does not include disqualifying flaws, infections, viruses, disorders that arise as a result of Buyer’s negligence, common diseases (such as hookworms, demodex, hernia, patella, small nares, elongated soft palate, hemivertebrae or cherry eye). Severe hip dysplasia must be confirmed and assessed using an x-ray. Mild dysplasia is not covered as it is difficult to determine if the cause is congenital or environmental. In the event the puppy/dog exhibits symptoms of a suspected life-threatening congenital condition, Xxxxx must immediately inform Xxxxxxx and supply any requested veterinary records to Breeder. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Xxxxxxx’s choice for examination.
