Grade 4. Grade This consent includes the use of the image, recorded on photographs and video recordings, to be presented in the School's promotional materials, in particular: in printed promotional materials, on the School's official website, on the websites of educational projects in which the School participates, e.g. seesaw, CAS projects. The School's official profiles in social media (especially Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Alumni Platform) and materials made available to other educational institutions and parents and teachers via Google Drive. This consent is free of charge and granted for an unlimited period of time and without territorial restrictions. This consent may be revoked at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the actions taken by the School before withdrawal of consent. In the case of materials with my/our and/or the Student(s)' creative contribution, the above consent also includes granting the School a free of charge licence, unlimited in time and territory, to use the aforementioned materials, together with permission to exercise dependent rights in the fields of exploitation indicated above. Grade 4. Grade This consent is voluntary, but necessary for the proper provision of services by ISK. At the same time, for the benefit of all children attending the ISK, refusal to give consent may prevent the provision of Services. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. Grade 4. A Grade 4 position is described as follows:
(v) The employee may be required to work without supervision, with general guidance on progress and outcomes sought. Responsibility for the organisation of the work of others may be involved.
(vi) An employee at this grade applies knowledge with depth in some areas and a broad range of skills. There is a wide range of tasks, and the range and choice of actions required will usually be complex.
Grade 4. 8.4.1 A Grade 4 position is described as follows:
(i) The employee may be required to work without supervision, with general guidance on progress and outcomes sought. Responsibility for the organisation of the work of others may be involved.
(ii) An employee at this grade applies knowledge with depth in some areas and a broad range of skills. There is a wide range of tasks, and the range and choice of actions required will usually be complex.
(iii) An employee at this grade applies competencies usually applied within routines, methods and procedures where discretion and judgement is required, for both self and others.

Grade 4. An experienced employee who works under minimal supervision or who is responsible for allocating work, and who is able to carry out complex instructions and procedures. The employee is able to exercise broad discretion and decision making/responsibility within his/her level of skill and training. The employee is able to actively participate in the preparation of operating and quality control standards and procedures and be responsible for the employee’s own work and the work of his/her group of employees. The employee can demonstrate and instruct other employees in good housekeeping and reporting skills, and exercise a high level of interpersonal and communication skills with employees, management and customers of CMA. Activities at this level include but not limited to: ▪ WorkCover ticketed employees employed full time on mobile equipment; and ▪ RTA licensed truck drivers employed full time on company vehicles;
Grade 4. An employee at this level will have proven and demonstrated skills that will allow the employee to perform effectively at this level. Indicative of the tasks which an employee at this grade may perform are the following. • Quality Assurance (Plant) • 'Mainway" Computer Operator • Trainer • DSI Machine Operator • Picker/Packer/Loader
Grade 4. An employee at this grade has undertaken sufficient training so as to enable him/her to perform work within the scope of this level in addition to the work of lower grades and who has been appointed by the Company as either a single storeperson in charge of a store or as an operator of computer technology used for high level inventory and stock control. An employee appointed in this capacity performs work to the level of their training, and:
(a) understands and is responsible for their own quality control;
(b) possesses a sound level of interpersonal and communication skills;
(c) sound working knowledge of all stores duties performed at levels below this grade, exercises discretion within scope of this grade, and has a good knowledge of the Company’s product;
(d) Where appropriate, accredited by the Company as competent in the understanding of regulations relating to handling, storage and loading/unloading of specific product, e.g., chemicals, solvents and explosives;
(e) may perform work requiring minimal supervision, either individually or in a team environment;
(f) must be competent to perform the following tasks/duties: ▪ Licensed to operate appropriate materials handling equipment, e.g., fork lifts, mobile crane, carousel, etc. ▪ Routine maintenance of stores equipment or machinery.
Grade 4. An employee at this level:
(a) works without supervision, with general guidance on progress and outcomes sought;
(b) may be responsible for the organisation of the work of others;
(c) applies knowledge with depth in some areas and a broad range of skills;
(d) performs a complex range of tasks; and the range and choice of actions required will usually be complex; and
(e) performs work within routines, methods and procedures where discretion and judgement is required for both self and others. The following tasks are indicative of those performed by an employee at this level;

Grade 4. An Employee (Administration) Grade 4 will EITHER • Be required to apply a high degree of administrative skill and subject to general policy directives, accept responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business affairs of the school. The School Assistant will be responsible for the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive financial information, OR • Accept commensurate responsibility for another specific administrative, secretarial, technical or management function.
