Long-Term Services and Supports Program Manager. The LTSS Program Manager shall be a full-time position that administers managed Long-Term Care programs and services and oversees and trains LTSS care coordination staff. This position shall ensure that LTSS staff are knowledgeable and adhere to the requirements of the Illinois HCBS Waivers, IPoC and service plans, Contract standards, the Money Follows the Person Program, Illinois Long-Term Care rules and regulations, and the Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx consent decrees (as per section 9.1.40). This position shall coordinate all communications between LTSS State agency liaisons, including HFS, IDoA, DHS-DRS, DHS-DDD, and UIC-DSCC. This position shall oversee report submissions specific to the LTSS membership.

Long-Term Services and Supports Program Manager. The Contractor must employ an LTSS Program Manager who is dedicated full-time to the PathWays Program. The LTSS Program Manager shall, at a minimum, oversee and be responsible for all the PathWays operations and requirements. The LTSS EXHIBIT 1 SCOPE OF WORK – INDIANA PATHWAYS FOR AGING Program Manager shall work with the Contractor’s Key Staff members and with State staff as necessary, to ensure the program meets the State’s goals and the Contractor’s operations are aligned across all functional areas. The LTSS Program Manager will provide input, as requested by the State, at State-level meetings. The LTSS Program Manager shall have at least five (5) years of prior experience in administering managed long-term care programs and experience administering LTSS with the program population. On a case-by-case basis, equivalent experience in administering long-term services and supports programs, including HCBS, may be substituted, and is subject to the prior approval of the State.
