Longevity Increments. A longevity increment is an amount paid a regular Classified unit member in recognition of total years of continuous service with the San Xxxx/Evergreen Community College District as follows: Years of Service Annual Increment 10 $1,200 15 $1,800 20 $2,400 25 $3,000 6.5.1 Longevity increments are added to the annual salary and paid on a monthly prorated basis.
