Common use of Longevity Increments Clause in Contracts

Longevity Increments. 16.3-1 A stipend of $650 will be added to the base pay of each employee who has completed fifteen years of eligible service. Effective for the 2012-2013 school year a stipend of $800 will be added to the base pay of each employee who has completed fifteen years of eligible service. 16.3-2 A stipend of $1500 will be added to the base pay of each employee who has completed twenty years of eligible service. Effective for the 2012-2013 school year a stipend of $1700 will be added to the base pay of each employee who has completed twenty years of eligible service. The stipend in section 16.3-2 is not added to the stipend in section 16.3-1. 16.3-3 A stipend of $2000 will be added to the base pay of each employee who has completed twenty-five years of eligible service.
