Longevity Payment for Employees hired on or before January 1, 2010. The City shall make a monthly longevity payment into a Retiree Healthcare Reimbursement Trust (Retiree HRA Trust) on behalf of employees hired before January 1, 2010 and who retire from the City of San Xxxxxx as described in this Section. The City’s monthly contribution to the Retiree HRA trust shall not exceed $543 per month. The City’s contribution towards a retiree’s Retiree HRA Trust account shall continue for the lifetime of the retiree and retiree’s spouse, in accordance with PEMHCA eligibility provisions for coverage.
