Loop Road. The Village and the Owner agree to cooperate in good faith to 210 facilitate the construction by the Village of a temporary loop road (the "Loop Road") 211 through the northwest corner of the Property on the terms and conditions set forth 212 herein. The purpose of the Loop Road is to provide a second ingress-egress for 213 public safety purposes to serve a residential development (the Blue Stem 214 subdivision) without impacting a wetland that lies on the boundary between Blue 215 Stem and Falls Crossing. The secondary purpose of the Loop Road is to provide 216 public access to a future Village park that is located west of the Property. 217 218 The Village shall deliver written notice to Owner on or before the construction 219 season during which the Village wishes to begin construction of the Loop Road. 220 The Village and the Owner shall then cooperate in good faith to establish a mutually 221 agreeable location of the Loop Road (which will be in the northern 200' of the 222 western 200' of the Property). 223 224 Within thirty (30) days following agreement on the location of the Loop Road, the 225 Owner shall grant to the Village a temporary easement for purposes of construction 226 and maintenance of the Loop Road as a public way (the "Temporary Easement"). 227 The Temporary Easement shall provide as follows: 228 229 a. Construction of the Loop Road and all appurtenances shall be at no 230 cost to the Owner; 231 232 b. Construction may take place other than on the Property of facilities 233 necessary for compliance with Chapter NR 151 and NR 216, Wis. 234 Admin. Code, as amended; provided, however, that best management 235 practices in compliance with construction site performance standards 236 may be implemented on the Property during construction; 237

  • Route As set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(e), a “Route” is a transmission path between one of Verizon's Wire Centers or switches and another of Verizon's Wire Centers or switches. A route between two points (e.g., Wire Center or switch “A” and Wire Center or switch “Z”) may pass through one or more intermediate Wire Centers or switches (e.g., Wire Center or switch “X”). Transmission paths between identical end points (e.g., Wire Center or switch “A” and Wire Center or switch “Z”) are the same “route,” irrespective of whether they pass through the same intermediate Wire Centers or switches, if any.

  • Loop A transmission path that extends from a Main Distribution Frame or functionally comparable piece of equipment in a Customer's serving End Office, to the Rate Demarcation Point (or NID if installed at the Rate Demarcation Point) in or at the Customer's premises. The actual transmission facilities used to provide a Loop may utilize any of several technologies.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.
