Loss of, or loss from damage to, Other Property or loss from damage to the Premises or its exterior for the replacement cost of the property without deduction for depreciation. However, the Insurer will not pay more than the least of the following:

To Personal Effects Employees are responsible for any personal effects which are brought to their place of work and are not specifically required in the course of their employment; and no claim for compensation will be considered for loss or theft of or damage to personal effects or clothing other than damage to clothing that occurs as a result of an accident, normal wear and tear excepted.
Loss of, or. I rights cease and an employee's employment shall be terminated for any of the reasons:
Loss of, or. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT You are responsible for loss, damage or destruction of the Equipment, including but not limited to losses while in transit, while loading and unloading, while at any and all locations, while in storage and while on your premises, except that you are not responsible for damages to or loss of the Equipment caused by our sole negligenceor will ful misconduct. You are also responsible for loss of use and you shall fully compensate us for the loss of use of the Equipment during the time it is being repaired or replaced, as applicable.
