Loss of Tuition Remission Benefits. Continued eligibility for any of the tuition remission benefits conferred by this rule is contingent upon the recipient maintaining satisfactory progress toward a degree, based on criteria established by the Student Financial Aid Office as required by federal laws and regulations. Eligibility for tuition remission shall be suspended for individuals who fail to maintain satisfactory progress towards a degree until such time as this requirement has been met.
