Common use of Lost Checks Clause in Contracts

Lost Checks. Any paycheck for an employee in the bargaining unit which is lost after receipt or which is not delivered within five (5) days of mailing if mailed, shall be replaced in accordance with Orange County Department of Education payroll procedures.
