Lost or Stolen Card, or Compromised PIN. If I become aware that the Debit Card is lost or stolen, or that the PIN has been made accessible to another person, I will notify my Credit Union or its agent immediately, whereupon the Debit Card will be cancelled or the PIN changed. The instant such notice is actually received or when my Credit Union is satisfied that I became the victim of fraud, theft, or coercion by trickery, force or intimidation, my liability for further use of the Debit Card will terminate, and I will be entitled to recover from my Credit Union any further losses suffered by me through the use of the Debit Card.

Lost or Stolen Card, or Compromised PIN. The Card Account is a commercial Card Account and does not provide protections for lost or stolen Card Accounts or unauthorized transactions except as expressly stated in this Agreement. Cards should be treated like wallet cash. Until the Business Administrator or an Authorized User reports a Card as lost or stolen or reports an unauthorized transaction on a Card Account, Account Owner shall be fully responsible for all transactions, even if that Card is lost, stolen or used for unauthorized transactions. Customer Service must be contacted IMMEDIATELY if the Business Administrator or an Authorized User believes: (a) a Card has been lost or stolen, (b) someone has gained unauthorized access to any Access Information, or (c) someone other than the Business Administrator has transferred or may transfer funds from the Card Account. Reporting a lost/stolen Card or unauthorized transactions through (000)000-0000 or by logging into the Website to deactivate the Card Account is the best way to minimize possible losses. If the Authorized User has both a virtual and a physical Card and one of those Cards is reported as lost or stolen, both Cards will be canceled and new Cards will be issued. Unless we authorize a transaction after a Card has been blocked (See Section 5.27 – Our Liability to Account Owner), Account Owner is responsible for all unauthorized transactions initiated and fees incurred from the unauthorized use of a Card Failure to promptly notify us could result in the Account Owner losing ALL of the money in the Card Account.

  • Lost or Stolen Cards You must tell us immediately by telephone or in writing if you know or suspect that a Card is lost or stolen, or if you know or suspect that your Card or the Account is being used without your authority. Once you have told us that your Card or Account is lost, stolen or used without your authority, we will be able to prevent use of that Card and the Account number.

  • Lost or Stolen Card Except as otherwise stated herein, you are responsible for all transactions initiated through the use of your Card, including any PIN-based transactions, any transactions initiated by presenting the Card Number only and any authorized transactions initiated by someone else. If you believe your Card or Access Information has been lost or stolen, call the number or write to the address listed in the “Contact Information” section below. You should also call the number or write to the address listed in the “Contact Information” section below if you believe a transfer has been made using the information from your Card or Access Information without your permission.   • LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CARDS If the Cardmember loses the Card or if the Card is damaged or stolen or if the PIN became available to any other persons, the Cardmember must immediately inform AEME by telephone. In addition, the Cardmember shall provide AEME with a written notification within 3 days from the date of the occurrence of any of the above listed events, as per applicable laws. To inform AEME by phone, call the number indicated in the Cardmember Additional Information Leaflet. Failure to comply with the provisions of this article will render the Cardmember liable for all Transactions made on his or her lost or stolen Card until the time the Card is reported as lost or stolen to AEME. However, the Cardmember shall at all times be fully liable for all Charges including Cash Withdrawals even if these Charges were made by third parties if these third parties gained possession of the Card or any Supplementary Card or the PIN with the knowledge, permission, approval or other acts of the Cardmember or any Supplementary Cardmember or because of their negligence. If the Card is found after it was reported lost or stolen, the Cardmember may not use or attempt to use the Card at issue and shall immediately inform AEME which will take the appropriate action.

  • Grievance on Layoffs and Recalls Grievances concerning layoffs and recalls shall be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.

  • Policy or Group Grievance Where a dispute involving a question of general application or interpretation occurs, or the Union has a grievance, Steps 1 and 2 may be by-passed.

  • Vapor or Smoke Company will not create nor permit to be caused or created upon the Premises, the Common Use Areas, or elsewhere on the Airport, any obnoxious odor, smoke or noxious gases or vapors. The creation of exhaust fumes by the operation of internal-combustion engines or engines of other types, so long as such engines are maintained and are being operated in a proper manner, will not be a violation of this Agreement.

  • Recovery of lost or stolen card If the lost or stolen card is recovered, you must immediately return to us the card cut in half without using it. You must not use the PIN and/or the TBS Access Code after reporting to us that the PIN and/or the TBS Access Code has been disclosed to a third party.

  • Windstorm or hail This peril does not include loss to the property contained in a building caused by rain, snow, sleet, sand or dust unless the direct force of wind or hail damages the building causing an opening in a roof or wall and the rain, snow, sleet, sand or dust enters through this opening. This peril includes loss to watercraft and their trailers, furnishings, equipment, and outboard engines or motors, only while inside a fully enclosed building.

  • Leave for Storms or Hazardous Conditions (a) Time lost by an employee as a result of absence or lateness due to storm conditions or because of the condition of public streets and highways or because an employee finds it necessary to seek permission to leave prior to the end of the regular shift must be:

The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.
