Common use of Lottery Admissions Clause in Contracts

Lottery Admissions. The School shall enroll an eligible student who submits a timely application, unless the number of applicants exceeds the capacity of the programs, class, grade level, or building. In such cases, enrollment shall be by lottery and, when conducting such lottery, the School shall provide enrollment preferences as provided by Applicable Law.
