Common use of Lottery Admissions Clause in Contracts

Lottery Admissions. The School shall enroll an eligible student who submits a timely application, unless the number of applicants exceeds the capacity of the programs, class, grade level, or building. In such cases, selection shall be by lottery except that the School shall provide enrollment preference to siblings of the School's enrolled students and to xxxxxx children of any of the School's enrolled student's parents. The School may provide enrollment preference for the children of the School's staff.
