LUNCH/RELIEF BREAKS. A. Eight (8) hour employees shall be accorded a minimum of one (1) fifteen (15) minute rest period in the morning and in the afternoon within working hours plus a minimum of thirty (30) minutes for lunch each day. This time shall be duty free, uninterrupted and continuous.
