MAILED NOTICE PROGRAM. 14. Within 28 days from the date that the Settlement Administrator receives from Class Counsel and Amegy the data files that identify the names and last known addresses of the identifiable Amegy Settlement Class Members, as set forth in paragraph 60 of the Amegy Settlement, the Settlement Administrator shall run such addresses through the National Change of Address Database and shall mail to all such Amegy Settlement Class Members the Mailed Notice (the “Initial Mailed Notice”).

MAILED NOTICE PROGRAM. 9. The Settlement Administrator shall administer the Mailed Notice Program. Within fourteen (14) days from the date the preliminary approval order is entered, Defendant will provide the names, email addresses (if known), and last known addresses of persons within the Settlement Class (“Class Member Information”) to the Settlement Administrator. Within thirty (30) days from the date the Preliminary Approval Order is entered, the Settlement Administrator shall mail the Short Notice to the postal address provided to Defendant by Settlement Class Members when the Settlement Class Members conducted transactions with Defendant, or other reasonable alternative means.
