Maintaining and Posting of Seniority and Sequence of Honorable Dismissal Lists. 1. Seniority Lists The Employer shall prepare, maintain and distribute a seniority list by January 10th of each year. The employer will maintain a seniority list for each classification category and employees will be placed in each category for which they are legally qualified. Each employee shall have until February 1st or the first school day thereafter to file written objections regarding the seniority list to the Administration. A final seniority list will be prepared and furnished to the Association on or before March 1. (Any employee who fails to so notify the Administration by February 1st, waives the right to challenge his/her placement on the list.)

  • Posting of Seniority List The Administration shall post the seniority list twice annually by October 1 and March 1 of each work year. The seniority list shall be posted on the designated bulletin board in each building/work site and will indicate, by area of certification, license, or entry-level requirement, the first day worked, the date of Board resolution to hire, and the contract status (limited or continuing) of each employee. Said list shall be provided by the Superintendent to the Association President on or before the date of posting.
