MAINTAINING CLEANLINESS. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the work zone, including removing the Contractor’s refuse, equipment, and materials from all areas outside the staging area by the end of each work day. The Owner will provide one notification to the Contractor that a specific area shall be cleaned. If the Contractor does not remove their refuse and unused materials from an area by the end of the work day, the Owner will complete this work. The cost of the Owner’s work to remove the Contractor’s refuse from an area will be at the Contractor’s expense, in accordance with Section 00180.15. Add the following section:

  • Cleanliness Resident agrees to keep the room in a clean and sanitary condition during the entire term of occupancy and to return his/her room to Provider in the same condition, including general cleanliness, as it was at the beginning of the term of occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted as determined by College acting on behalf of Provider. When there is vacant space in a partially occupied multi-person room, the vacant space must be maintained by the occupant(s) in a manner that will allow a new Resident to move in immediately. Failure to do so will result in assessment of a cleaning charge to Resident’s account.

  • Care If you will be traveling and know that you will require follow‐up care for an exist­ ing condition, contact 1‐800‐810‐BLUE. You will be given the names and addresses of nearby participating Physicians that you can contact to arrange the necessary follow‐up care. (Examples of follow‐up care include removal of stitches, removal of a cast, Physical Therapy, monitoring blood tests, and kidney dialysis.)

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.
