Maintenance Department - Sick Leave. The Company agrees to provide each employee in the Maintenance Department with five (5) days sick leave at his regular rate of pay each year. The Company may require an employee to submit a certificate in order to qualify for such payment. Sick leave will not be paid if not used. The Company agrees to pay each employee in the Maintenance Department of all unused sick leave as described in Article (a) on the first pay of January of each year.
