Maintenance of Personnel Files. The City agrees to separately maintain personnel and confidential/medical files and records in accordance with state and federal laws. The City agrees to maintain confidential medical information in accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and agrees to maintain any other confidential information as required by any other statute requiring maintenance of confidential information.
