Maintenance of Vehicles and Equipment. It is to the mutual advantage, of both the Company and the employee, that employees shall not operate vehicles which are not in a safe operating condition. It shall be the duty of the employee report, in writing on the appropriate Company forms, all safety mechanical defects on the equipment which they have operated during that shift or trip. These reports are to be made to the Immediate Shift Xxxxxxx. It shall be the obligation of the Company to direct repairs as necessary to conformwith the safe and efficient operation of that equipment. the event the repairs cannot be affected, the equipmentwill be correctly identified and be kept out of service until repaired. In the event a dispute arises as to the safety condition of a unit, the Service Technician will be required to sign that this unit is safe to operate. The Company shall provide clean and adequate lunchrooms for its employees at its main facilities, where such lunchroomsare to be used and kept in a clean condition by the employees, otherwise the employees shall forfeit the right of use.

Maintenance of Vehicles and Equipment. Debtor shall keep and maintain its vehicles and equipment in good operating condition and repair, and shall make all necessary replacements thereto, so that the value and operating efficiency thereof shall at all times be maintained and preserved consistent with reasonable business practices.
Maintenance of Vehicles and Equipment. Contractor shall maintain all Long-Term Vehicles and the equipment therein (including any on-board automated announcement system and Automatic Vehicle Locator System related hardware) in a first class manner, as determined by the Contract Administrator, and in accordance with the preventive maintenance schedule issued by the manufacturer, which shall be reviewed and approved by the Contract Administrator. Such maintenance includes, but is not limited to, the upkeep of the visible aesthetics of the Long-Term Vehicles, including the replacement of seats, flooring, and stickers, as deemed necessary by the Contract Administrator.
Maintenance of Vehicles and Equipment. Operator agrees to maintain all vehicles and equipment in first class appearance and mechanical condition throughout the duration of this Agreement. Vehicles will be swept at the beginning of each shift and at any time during each shift as necessary. In addition, all debris, trash, and other items will be removed from the interior of the vehicle after each round trip. Vehicles will be washed and cleaned (interior and exterior) at least three (3) times per week and at such other times as necessary. All maintenance shall be provided by Operator in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and as provided in Operator's Maintenance and Operations Plan, as approved by the Aviation Department.

  • Maintenance of Equipment The Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and repair (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Equipment shall be maintained and preserved. No Borrower shall use or operate the Equipment in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule or regulation. Each Borrower shall have the right to sell Equipment to the extent set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.

  • Maintenance of Premises LESSOR will be responsible for all structural and roof maintenance of the leased premises but specifically excluding damage caused by the careless, malicious, willful, or negligent acts of LESSEE or others, chemical, water or corrosion damage from any source, and maintenance of the space heating, ventilating, and cooling units exclusively serving the leased premises (collectively, the "HVAC Unit") and of any non "building standard" leasehold improvements. If LESSOR so directs, LESSEE shall enter into a preventive maintenance/service contract acceptable to LESSOR with a maintenance contractor acceptable to LESSOR at LESSEE's sole cost and expense for servicing all air conditioning, heating, ventilating, and other equipment or other equipment located within or serving the leased premises. LESSEE will properly control or vent all solvents, degreasers, smoke, odors, etc. and shall not cause the area surrounding the leased premises to be in anything other than a neat and clean condition, depositing all waste in appropriate receptacles. LESSEE shall be solely responsible for any damage to plumbing equipment, sanitary lines, or any other portion of the building which results from the discharge or use of any acid or corrosive substance by LESSEE. LESSEE shall not permit the leased premises to be overloaded, damaged, stripped or defaced, nor suffer any waste, and will not keep animals within the leased premises. LESSEE will protect any carpet with plastic or masonite chair pads under any rolling chairs. Unless heat is provided at LESSOR's expense, LESSEE shall maintain sufficient heat to prevent freezing of pipes or other damage. Any increase in air conditioning equipment or electrical capacity, or any installation and/or maintenance of equipment which is necessitated by some specific aspect of LESSEE's use of the leased premises shall be at LESSEE's expense. All maintenance provided by LESSOR shall be during LESSOR's normal business hours.
