Common use of Makeup School Days Clause in Contracts

Makeup School Days. When the District is required by law to make up days missed due to emergency closure, scheduling of makeup days shall be scheduled by the District after receiving input from the Association. Employees shall not receive additional compensation for such make- up days.

When the District is required by law to make up school days missed in order to receive its appropriation due to emergency school closure, such scheduling of makeup days shall be scheduled by accomplished through the mutual agreement of the District after receiving input from the and Association.
