MANAGEMENT ONLY SERVICE. 3.3.1. In the event that You transfer an existing Tenancy to Us, which has been arranged or managed by another firm or yourself, Quinta Estates Limited will charge an initial set up fee of £600 inc. VAT and thereafter charge a management commission of 7.2% inc. VAT (6% plus VAT) of the rent as it is paid and provide our Management Service as detailed in clause 3.2 of this Agreement.
