Other relevant legislation Sample Clauses

The 'Other relevant legislation' clause identifies and incorporates additional laws or regulations that may impact the agreement beyond those explicitly mentioned within the contract. In practice, this clause ensures that parties acknowledge the potential applicability of statutes, regulations, or legal requirements that govern the subject matter, such as data protection laws, industry-specific regulations, or international standards. Its core function is to clarify that compliance with all relevant legal obligations is required, thereby reducing the risk of inadvertent breaches and ensuring the contract remains enforceable within the broader legal framework.
