Mandatory Commercial Recycling Assistance to Agency. In the event Agency adopts a policy or strategy to encourage or require Recycling at Commercial and Multi-Family Dwelling Customers, Contractor shall assist Agency and SBWMA with implementing the policy or strategy. Contractor shall be required to provide Agency with prompt notification of Customers that do not comply with the policy or strategy based on the observations of Contractor’s employees. Contractor shall assist the Agency and SBWMA with collecting related data from Commercial and Multi-Family Dwelling Customers and facilitating outreach and education programs focusing on encouraging participation by these Customers in the mandatory Recycling policy or strategy. Mandatory Commercial Recycling Assistance to Agency. In the event Agency adopts a policy or strategy to encourage or require Recycling at Commercial and Multi-Family Dwelling Customers, Contractor shall assist Agency and SBWMA with implementing the policy or strategy. , monitoring, and reporting on Commercial, Mixed Use, and MFD Customers’ compliance with requirements for Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials diversion under AB 341, AB 1826, or other similar Applicable Law. Upon Agency’s reasonable request and in accordance with Section 9.09.E, Contractor shall be required to provide Agency with prompt notification ofperiodic reports on Commercial, Mixed Use, and MFD Customers that do not comply with the policy or strategyappear to be complying with State or local diversion regulations, policies, or requirements of, based on the observations of Contractor’s employees. Contractor shall assist the Agency and SBWMA with collecting related and/or subscription data from Commercial and Multi-Family Dwelling Customers and facilitating outreach and education programs focusing on encouraging participation by these Customers in the mandatory Recycling policy or strategy.   • Workplace Violence Prevention and Crisis Response (applicable to any Party and any subcontractors and sub-grantees whose employees or other service providers deliver social or mental health services directly to individual recipients of such services): Party shall establish a written workplace violence prevention and crisis response policy meeting the requirements of Act 109 (2016), 33 VSA §8201(b), for the benefit of employees delivering direct social or mental health services. Party shall, in preparing its policy, consult with the guidelines promulgated by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration for Preventing Workplace Violence for Healthcare and Social Services Workers, as those guidelines may from time to time be amended. Party, through its violence protection and crisis response committee, shall evaluate the efficacy of its policy, and update the policy as appropriate, at least annually. The policy and any written evaluations thereof shall be provided to employees delivering direct social or mental health services. Party will ensure that any subcontractor and sub-grantee who hires employees (or contracts with service providers) who deliver social or mental health services directly to individual recipients of such services, complies with all requirements of this Section.

  • Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of safety and health in the Hospital in order to prevent accidents, injury and illness. its responsibilities, under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Accident Prevention - Health Safety Committee at least one representative selected or appointed by the Union from amongst bargaining unit employees. Such Committee shall identify potential dangers and hazards, institute means of improving health and safety programs and recommend actions to be taken to improve conditions related to safety and health. The Hospital agrees to co-operate providing necessary information to Committee to its functions. Meetings shall be held every second month or more frequently at the call of--the chair required. The Committee shall maintain minutes of all meetings and make the same available for review. Any representative appointed or selected in accordance with hereof shall serve for a term of one calendar year from the date of appointment, which may be renewed for further periods of one year.   • Erosion Prevention and Control Purchaser’s Operations shall be conducted reasonably to minimize soil erosion. Equipment shall not be operated when ground conditions are such that excessive damage will result. Purchaser shall adjust the kinds and intensity of erosion control work done to ground and weather condi- tions and the need for controlling runoff. Erosion control work shall be kept current immediately preceding ex- pected seasonal periods of precipitation or runoff.
