Mandatory Licenses, Training and Physical Examinations. The Employer shall reimburse employees for the full cost of special licenses, physical examinations and any mandatory training required by the Employer, so long as the rates charged by employee selected providers are not excessive in comparison to industry standards. Physical examinations shall not exceed one examination every twenty-four (24) month period, but may be up to one examination every twelve (12) months when required by the physician.
