Mandatory Population. Members who may not disenroll depending on the Member’s Category of Eligibility (XXX) and age. Enrollment is voluntary, except in the case of mandatory enrollment programs that meet the conditions set forth in 42 C.F.R. § 438.50(a). The Division reserves the right to assign a Member to a specific health plan.
Mandatory Population. Populations Who May Not Disenroll from MississippiCAN‌ Table 3.2 specifies Medicaid populations that the Division will enroll into MississippiCAN on a mandatory basis. These Members may voluntarily select or be automatically enrolled with a Contractor but may not opt out of MississippiCAN.
