Mandatory Requirement Questions. Vendors will submit a Yes/No response to the following Mandatory Requirement Questions within MFMP Sourcing. A Vendor must meet the requirements identified and certify their compliance with the requirements through the following questions in order to be considered responsive and responsible. VENDORS THAT ANSWER “NO” TO ANY OF THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT QUESTIONS ARE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE VENDORS AND THEIR PROPOSAL WILL NOT BE FURTHER EVALUATED. Question 2 Does Vendor certify that it is not a Discriminatory Vendor or Convicted Vendor, as defined in sections 7 and 8 of the PUR 1001?
