In the event of legislation during the life of this Agreement which provides for collective bargaining on mandatory matters not subject to collective bargaining on the effective date of this Agreement, negotiations on these new matters shall begin not later than sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notice to negotiate by the WPEA.
