The Training and the Documentation provided in connection herewith, including, without limitation, all Documentation provided in CD-ROM format, and pursuant to subsections 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 shall be updated in reasonable quantities at no additional cost to Owner pursuant to and in accordance with all Product upgrades and/or modifications applicable to any System and/or any part thereof.
