Mapping Requirements. 7.1 The mapping display shall be Open GIS based and be able to integrate with any static internal databases or external dynamic databases. 7.2 The system must use a customer's existing map data as the background image generator for the AVL display. 7.3 The information captured by the equipment must be fully integrated with SQL 2008. 7.4 The system must have the capability to create, edit, and delete Landmarks/geofences and be displayed on the map. In addition the Landmarks shall be identified in the reports.

Mapping Requirements. 1. The proposed system must be capable of providing a near real-time bird's eye view of fleet vehicles at all times. 2. The primary map display shall be a map view of fleet vehicles and indicate the status of vehicles on when it was last reported. 3. The proposed system shall have the capability to allow users to search a location to display all closest vehicles to that location. 4. The map display shall be such that vehicle position and status automatically update on screen without any input form the end-user in near real-time 5. The proposed system shall be capable of allowing users to monitor exceptions in the map view in near real-time. 6. The proposed system must present the option to view Google Maps, custom maps, and third party published maps such as, NOAA Radar and Traffic.

Mapping Requirements. After the completion of ROW work the ROW user shall provide to the City as-built drawings, maps, or other comparable records as determined by the Director, drawn to scale and certified to the City as reasonably depicting the location of all Facilities constructed pursuant to the ROW Permit. Such records may be provided to the Director in the form maintained by the ROW User, but when available to the ROW User, shall be submitted in automated formats compatible with City systems, as determined by the Director, or in hard copy otherwise. As a condition of continued ROW use, all ROW Users shall, on an annual basis, provide the City with as-builts or other detailed maps of the ROW User’s current Facilities. Such annual requirement may be waived by the Director upon written request

  • Screening Requirements Practitioner shall ensure that all prospective and current Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons, by implementing the following screening requirements. a. Practitioner shall screen all prospective Covered Persons against the Exclusion List prior to engaging their services and, as part of the hiring or contracting process, shall require such Covered Persons to disclose whether they are Ineligible Persons.‌ b. Practitioner shall screen all current Covered Persons against the Exclusion List within 30 days after the Effective Date and on a monthly basis thereafter.‌ c. Practitioner shall require all Covered Persons to disclose immediately if they become an Ineligible Person.‌ Practitioner shall maintain documentation in order to demonstrate that Practitioner: (1) has checked the Exclusion List (i.e., a print screen of the search results) and determined that its Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons; and (2) has required its Covered Persons to disclose if they are an Ineligible Person. Nothing in this Section III.D affects Practitioner’s responsibility to refrain from (and liability for) billing Federal health care programs for items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by an excluded person. Practitioner understands that items or services furnished by excluded persons are not payable by Federal health care programs and that Practitioner may be liable for overpayments and/or criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions for employing or contracting with an excluded person regardless of whether Practitioner meets the requirements of Section III.D.

  • Testing Requirements 12.1. Workplaces - 12.2. On workplaces where the value of the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $5,000,000, and represents at least 50% of the total construction project value or the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $10,000,000 (irrespective of its proportion of the total construction project value) the following minimum testing requirements must be adhered to.

  • Funding Requirements If Subrecipient receives funds pursuant to this Contract for more than one program, the funds received by Subrecipient for each program shall be expended only for that program, and Subrecipient shall not expend more funds for any program than are set forth in the Attachment C, Budget Schedule(s) for that program.   • Bonding Requirements The Contractor is required to furnish a performance bond on the form in a form acceptable to the City, in a sum of not less than [insert bonding level] of the annual amount of the contract to guarantee the faithful performance of this contract.
