Project Purpose and Scope. 1.2.1 The purpose of the project is to deploy operational tools that will enable the City to make informed decisions about operational strategies to improve their traffic signals and the operations of the project corridors, as well as provide the City with necessary data to conduct post-performance monitoring. The tools that will be deployed as part of this project include an ATSPM system, as well as any vehicle and/or pedestrian detection necessary for each performance measure. 1.2.2 The City is proposing to procure a commercially-available off-the-shelf ATSPM system and configure 101 signalized intersections, along 10 arterials, to collect high- resolution data which will enable proactive management of the traffic signal network. Project Purpose and Scope. The Accessibility Project provides technical assistance, education, and financial support to New Mexico victim service providers who are required to provide access to victims/survivors with limited English proficiency (LEP) or who are deaf or hard of hearing. The project is funded by VOCA and/or VAWA grants through the NM Crime Victims Reparations Commission and directly administered by the New Mexico Coalition Against Domestic Violence [NMCADV]. Funds available for this program are limited; therefore, the NMCADV will keep victim service providers informed if there is a chance that funds are likely to be depleted or if funding will not be renewed in thefuture. New Mexico victim service providers who use Accessibility Project services and/or funding [User] are required to agree to certain conditions, contained in this Memorandum of Agreement, to ensure accountability and integrity of the project, prior to receiving reimbursement.

  • TERM AND SCOPE OF THE CIA A. The period of the compliance obligations assumed by Progenity under this CIA shall be five years from the effective date of this CIA. The “Effective Date” shall be the date on which the final signatory of this CIA executes this CIA.   • Background Screening VENDOR shall comply with all requirements of Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes, and all of its personnel who (1) are to be permitted access to school grounds when students are present, (2) will have direct contact with students, or (3) have access or control of school funds, will successfully complete the background screening required by the referenced statutes and meet the standards established by the statutes. This background screening will be conducted by SBBC in advance of VENDOR or its personnel providing any services under the conditions described in the previous sentence. VENDOR shall bear the cost of acquiring the background screening required by Section 1012.32, Florida Statutes, and any fee imposed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to maintain the fingerprints provided with respect to VENDOR and its personnel. The parties agree that the failure of VENDOR to perform any of the duties described in this section shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement entitling SBBC to terminate immediately with no further responsibilities or duties to perform under this Agreement. VENDOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SBBC, its officers and employees from any liability in the form of physical or mental injury, death or property damage resulting from VENDOR’s failure to comply with the requirements of this section or with Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes.
