Platby In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, and IQVIA and/or Sponsor have received all properly completed CRFs and, if IQVIA and /or Sponsor requests, all other Confidential V souvislosti s řádným plněním Studie Místem provádění klinického hodnocení, a to v souladu s podmínkami a ustanoveními této Smlouvy, budou poskytovány platby dle podmínek a ustanovení definovaných v Příloze A, přičemž poslední platba bude uskutečněna poté, co Místo provádění klinického hodnocení splní a dokončí veškeré závazky, jež mu vyplývají z této Smlouvy, a IQVIA a/nebo Zadavatel obdrží veškeré Information (as defined below). řádně vyplněné CRF a, bude-li tak IQVIA a/nebo Zadavatel vyžadovat, veškeré další Důvěrné informace (ve smyslu níže uvedené definice). Geotechnical 19 The A/E as required shall review past pavement, soil 20 and geology investigations, discuss past findings as 21 impacting the subject roadway project, and independently 22 perform design-needed geotechnical services including 23 development and implementation of a field investigation plan 24 involving any field data collection as deemed necessary, 25 development of a laboratory testing program to conduct soils 26 surface and subsurface characterization tests as applicable 1 to the needs of the project, development of seismic analysis 2 and design criteria in accordance with code requirements, 3 development of pavement condition studies to provide 4 recommendations concerning life cycle costs and 5 rehabilitation/reconstruction methods, and recommendations 6 for the design of foundations, embankment and excavation 7 procedures, settlement analysis, lateral, active, and passive 8 earth pressures, de-watering, landslide mapping, slope 9 stabilization, soil corrosion, erosion, sedimentation control 10 and other applicable design criteria as deemed necessary.
Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. Owner will replace smoke detector equipment as needed.
