Marketing and Sales Activity. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, We grant You the non-exclusive, non- transferrable, revocable right to describe yourself in promotional, advertising, and marketing materials relating to the Turn it Blue Products as an “Agency Partner” of Turn It Blue. You may not alter the Turn it Blue branding in any way and you must only use the “Agency Partner” designation in connection with participation in the Program. You shall not use the “Agency Partner” designation (i) in or in connection with the advertising, promotion, marketing or distribution of any goods, services or technologies other than the Turn It Blue Products; (ii) as part of Your corporate or trade name or any domain name; in any way that is likely to cause confusion, mistake or deception; or (iii) in any way that is likely to dilute, tarnish or otherwise diminish the distinctiveness of, or jeopardize the reputation of or goodwill associated with the Turn It Blue’s trademarks, Turn It Blue Products or the validity or Turn It Blue's ownership of its trademarks or the registrations therein.

  • Marketing and Sales Provide a detailed plan beginning from award date of the Master Agreement describing the strategy to immediately implement the Master Agreement as supplier’s primary go to market strategy for Public Agencies to supplier’s teams, to include, but not limited to:

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • Promotion and Marketing For the purpose of promotion and marketing, the Borrower hereby authorizes and consents to the reproduction, disclosure and use by the Lenders and the Agent of its name, identifying logo and the Facilities. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Offers and Sales All offers and sales by a Holder under any Registration Statement shall be completed within the period during which the Registration Statement is required to remain effective pursuant to the applicable provision above and not the subject of any stop order, injunction or other order of the SEC. Upon expiration of such period, no Holder will offer or sell the Registrable Securities under the Registration Statement. If directed in writing by the Company, each Holder will return or, in each such Holder’s sole discretion destroy, all undistributed copies of the applicable Prospectus in its possession upon the expiration of such period.
